You already have the business. Now put Claude to work inside it.

The leads that went quiet get a reason to come back. The customers who bought once get a reason to buy again. The work you keep doing by hand gets handed to Claude, so it stops depending on your memory. And you know where it’s leaking money and what to change first.

That’s what the plan I hand you is built to get, and it starts with the money you already spent on leads that never closed.

You are the business. Maybe it’s just you, or the 2 of you and a VA. You sell it, you deliver it, and you chase the follow-up when you remember to. I know that life, because I built this whole business the same way.

You already paid for the leads you’re losing.

Every business buys leads. A few close. The rest go quiet, nobody chases them, and the owner goes out and buys more. That’s the biggest hole in every business I’ve seen, and the money that fell through it was already spent.

Say you close 30% of the people who show interest. Most owners hear 30% and think they’re crushing it. Flip it around. 70% of the people who raised their hand walked away. A few of them were never going to buy. The rest caught you on the wrong day, at the wrong time, or never heard the offer the right way, and nobody ever went back to them.

The second hole is the customers you did close. They bought once, nobody stayed in touch, and they never came back.

Following up is the piece of the job that lands on the back burner, because it never feels urgent. It’s the most important part of the business, and it needs an hour or 2 a day that nobody is giving it.

Here’s why it keeps happening.

Most owners run the business a different way every day. There’s no written procedure for anything, no sales script, and no marketing plan, so nothing gets done the same way twice, and a thing that’s never done the same way twice can’t get better. The owners who win do the same thing every day and tweak it as they go. Most never get there.

That’s where Claude comes in. A job that has to happen the same way every day is the job it does without missing a day, and that’s the first kind of job the plan hands it.

Here’s what that looks like in my own business. Claude runs a security watch on my websites every single day. Not long ago, a server in Japan kept trying to break into the login on menfromscratch.com. Claude caught it, filed the ticket with my host, told them exactly what was happening and where, and had that server blocked in under 40 minutes. While it was at it, it checked my host on a brand new PHP flaw that had no patch yet and made sure my sites were covered. I never had to touch it. In your business, the first job is usually the follow-up. Claude drafts a message to every lead that went quiet, in your voice, and you read it and hit send.

Most owners think AI means set it and forget it. It doesn’t work that way. Claude does the repeat work, so your hour a day goes to the part only you can do. That’s the conversation with the person who wrote back, and the brand they’re buying from. Nobody can do those for you.

What I teach instead of an email sequence.

An email sequence isn’t going to bring those leads back. A few people answer them, and that’s about it. The younger buyer barely opens them.

What people want is to belong to something. So I teach you to turn the leads who didn’t close into a community they’d rather be in than out of. Once they’re in it, the no becomes a not yet, and the customer who already bought stays around long enough to buy again. That’s the follow-up that works, and almost nobody is doing it.

What this is, and what it isn’t.

It isn’t a course. It isn’t a chatbot somebody bolts onto your website. It isn’t a list of 50 AI tools to go try.

It’s me going through your whole business and handing you the plan: where the money is going out, which hole you plug first, what to change, and what to do next. Your website is in there too, because most of them need it.

Here’s what 1 finding on the plan looks like, with a made-up shop so you can see the shape. The leak: the customers who bought from you last year never heard from you again. The fix: once a week, Claude pulls everybody who bought 60 days ago or more and drafts you a short note to each one, and you send it. The first step: get every customer from the last 2 years into 1 list, which takes an afternoon.

“I don’t have time for this.” You spend about an hour on my questions and an hour on the call. The follow-up after that takes an hour or 2 a day, and that’s the part you’ve been skipping, so yes, this costs you time. Nothing on the plan works without it.

“My numbers are a mess.” Messy is fine. Messy is where the holes are.

“What if it’s not a fit?” You don’t pay to apply, and you don’t pay until I’ve read your application and said yes. If I read it and the audit won’t move your business, I say no, and you’re out nothing.

“What’s the alternative?” Add up what you spent on leads last year that nobody ever called back. That’s the alternative, and you’re already paying it.

Don’t apply if.

You don’t have customers yet. There’s nothing for me to read, and The Paid Path community is the place to figure out what to sell.

You won’t give the follow-up an hour a day. The plan runs on it. If that time isn’t coming, keep your money.

You need somebody’s permission. If a manager, an investor, or a board has to say yes first, this isn’t for you. I’ve done the corporate thing, and I know how. I just don’t want to. I work with the owner who makes the call.

Start with the audit.

This is for the owner who does it all, with a VA or a couple of contractors at most. 1 application, 1 call, 1 written plan, and a check-in a week later to make sure it’s running.

Here’s what you walk away with. You get a clear picture of exactly where your business is bleeding money, and a clear path for putting AI to work in it every day, starting right away. You know which jobs come off your plate first, so your time goes to the work only you can do. And you get the implementation steps, in order, so you know exactly where to start.

You hear back from me, not an autoresponder.

The community is where the plan gets worked.

The audit hands you the plan. The Paid Path community is where you run it with me every week. I answer questions live, you bring the piece that’s fighting back, and we fix it on the call. Owners belong in there as much as anybody starting out, because what I teach in the community is the same follow-up and the same Claude setup the plan runs on.

It’s also where you build the brand your follow-up runs on. As AI takes more jobs, the businesses people stick with are the ones run by somebody they know by name and trust. The first 100 members get in at $50 a month and keep that price for as long as they stay, and it’s $100 a month after that. Your first 7 days are free. So here’s my question. Are you opposed to having access to my brain for $50 a month?

Rather set it up yourself?
