2. What we collect

What you give us. We collect your name and email address when you sign up for a free video or worksheet, buy something, or join the room. We collect your payment details through Stripe or Skool, and we never see or store your full card number. We collect the messages you send us and the posts and comments you make in the room.

Your join answers. When you join the room, Skool asks you questions, such as the email your files go to, what you do now, whether you have a business yet, and what you want to build. We collect your answers and we keep them.

Your webinar viewing records. When you watch one of our videos or webinars, we collect a record of who watched and how far they got. We keep these records too.

What we collect automatically. When you visit our site, we collect your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you got here. We use cookies and similar tools to do it.

3. How we keep your join answers and viewing records

We keep your join answers and your webinar viewing records in Skool and in our email system. Until we have a customer database, we also keep them in a spreadsheet and in notes on our own cloud storage and computer, and we update those records every week. We keep them for as long as we need them to run the room, follow up with you, and meet our legal and tax duties. If you want yours deleted, email us.

4. How we use what we collect

We use it to deliver what you bought, run the room, answer your questions, send you emails you asked for, and send you offers we think fit what you signed up for. We also use it to see which pages and videos work, to run our ads, to prevent fraud, and to follow the law.

5. Who we share it with

We share information with the companies that help us run the business. They only get what they need to do their job. They include:

• Skool runs the room and our classroom.
• Stripe takes your payments.
• Kit sends our emails.
• Zapier moves information between our tools.
• Google runs our email, analytics, and tag management.
• Microsoft Clarity shows us how people use our pages.
• Cloudflare and our web host keep the site fast and safe.
• Bunny.net plays our videos.
• Advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn get data through the tracking pixels on our site.

We don’t sell your personal information. We may share it if the law requires it, if we need to protect someone’s safety or our rights, or if we sell the business, in which case the buyer takes over this policy.

6. Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies and pixels for analytics and advertising. A cookie banner lets you choose which ones to allow. You can also block cookies in your browser. If you block them, some parts of the site may not work.

7. Your choices and your rights
