Terms of Service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
1. Who we are
These terms are between you and The Paid Path LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered in California. Our address is 2108 N St #17811, Sacramento, CA 95816. You can reach us at . In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “The Paid Path” mean The Paid Path LLC.
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover thepaidpath.com, The Paid Path room on Skool, our free videos and worksheets, our emails, and everything we sell. Right now that is the room, Remote Command, and The Business Brain Kit. If you use any of them, you agree to these terms.
3. You must be 18 or older
You must be at least 18 years old to use our site, buy from us, or join the room.
4. The room lives on Skool
The Paid Path room runs on Skool. When you join, you also agree to Skool’s terms and privacy policy. We don’t run Skool, and we can’t fix its outages, its changes, or its rules. If Skool changes how it works, we’ll do our best to keep the room running.
5. What things cost
- The Paid Path room costs $50 a month for the first 100 members and $100 a month from member 101 on. You get billed every month until you cancel.
- Remote Command costs $27, paid once.
- The Business Brain Kit costs $27, paid once.
- Room members pay for Remote Command and The Business Brain Kit separately, because neither comes with the membership.
We may change prices for future buyers. A price change never changes what you already paid for.
6. Payments
Payments run through Stripe or through Skool, depending on where you buy. You agree to give us accurate payment details. We never see or store your full card number. If a payment fails, we may pause or end your access until it’s paid.
7. Cancelling
You can cancel the room any time, and cancelling stops future charges. If you bought inside Skool, you cancel inside Skool. If you bought through our site, email us at and we’ll cancel it for you.
8. Refunds
Our Refund Policy is part of these terms. The short version is that you have 7 days.
9. What you get when you buy
When you buy a guide, file, lesson, or recording, you get a personal license to use it. You can use what you learn and the templates we give you in your own business and with your own clients. You may not resell it, share it, post it, or give your login to anybody else. You may not use our materials to build your own course or training program.
10. No promises about money or results
We don’t promise any income, sales, or results. Nothing on our site, in our emails, or in the room is a promise of what you will earn. Your results depend on you, your effort, your skills, your market, and many things we can’t control.
11. Not legal, tax, or financial advice
We teach how we build and run things. We aren’t your lawyer, your accountant, or your financial adviser. Talk to your own professionals before you make a business, legal, tax, or financial decision.
12. Other companies’ tools
We teach with tools made by other companies, such as Claude, Obsidian, Skool, and Stripe. We don’t make them or control them. They can change their features, prices, and rules at any time, and your plans and fees with them are between you and them.
Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. The Paid Path is independent and is not made, endorsed, or sponsored by Anthropic.
13. Rules for the room
Be a good member. Don’t pitch other members, and don’t harass anybody. Don’t post anything unlawful or anything that isn’t yours to share. Don’t share what other members post outside the room. We can remove any member who breaks the rules, and we decide what breaks them.
14. What you post
You own what you post. When you post in the room, you give us permission to host it and show it to other members. We won’t use your posts or your wins outside the room without asking you first.
What members post is their own words. It isn’t ours, and it isn’t a promise of what you will get.
15. Our content
We own the lessons, files, guides, videos, and recordings. These terms don’t transfer ownership of any of them to you.
16. No warranty, and limits on what we owe
Our products come “as is.” We work hard to keep them accurate and current, but tools change fast, and we can’t promise that every step will work on every computer.
To the most that California law allows, we aren’t liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
17. Disputes and governing law
These terms follow California law. If you have a problem, email us first and give us 30 days to fix it. If we can’t work it out, either of us may bring the claim in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
18. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, we’ll tell paid members by email. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept it.
